Racist Discrimination and Harassment in the workplace

I (23M, Indian immigrant) was discriminated and harassed racially in my previous place of work by my boss. I quit the job as it was only her who was incharge of everything, she is also a narcissist. She didn't like it when I call her out on it. She ended up getting mad when I quit before my supposed contract was up (I didn't have an end date on my contract). She is now withholding my final pay.

Now my question is what do I do?
