Lelwanis artifact or Nastjenka artifact, which is better?

Hey guys, saved up an arguably excessive amount of dice for this season and want help to decide which to pick. Wanting to end top 3 in rankings for the mount, already ranked second so not too out of reach. I am planning on pulling for lothair and then once more for his artifact, because his speed clears are so good, but have enough for easily at least one more summoning session before saving for beldelle banners. Just wondering which you guys think would be more impactful? I have all the heroes for both teams, and have inspirations on some of them so they’re relatively equal power wise. Just basically which artifact improves the team most? Heard nastjenka’s artifact can be like a 60% dps increase but that seems really high? Also lelwanis’s one seems necessary to make her team good so leaning towards her. Just lmk what you think if you have time. Thanks
