What kind of tires would be the best for my car with 17'' tires if I want smooth ride and economy?

(Honda Civic XIII sedan) Hi, so I'm buying new tires for the first time and few things still bother me.

My hybrid should have much better fuel economy, and I suspect the fact it's not original size of wheels is adding to the bad hybrid battery.

Right now I was riding 225 r45 17 tires and maybe you have some recommendation to make it more eco. If not just tell me what to buy. This Goodyear eco performance that I can buy 60 eu for 1 with nonsymetrical thread any good or best of a choice?.
