California CTC "Pending Additional Review"

Hello everyone!

So I recently submitted an application for Prospective Substitute Teaching Credential, I believe I answered all the questions correctly which was a "No"--I do have an arrest and prosecution record from when I was younger that got lowered from a misdemeanor to an infraction (but this means I do have a RAP sheet). It was for a nonviolent crime, that once again was lowered to an infraction.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any advice?
