I was the “unicorn” in a couples relationship…
As the title suggests 2 years ago I was as approached by a couple and ended up becoming a unicorn (I hope I’ve phrased that correctly). Unknown to me at the time the couple I had a threesome with were failing, their relationship was falling apart and they ended up breaking up shortly after. At the time we all shared our social media’s and a year after this happened the guy ended up asking me on a date… we have now been together for little over a year.
Lately during sex we both share fantasies about having another threesome, and it really turns both of us on. But there are so many things that make me hesitant or anxious about the concept…

When I first started dating my boyfriend I felt a lot of guilt and blamed myself for a long time for their breakup. I kept telling myself that if the threesome had never happened maybe they’d still be together… Despite them approaching me and their relationship already being worn thin. Me and his ex have a mutual friend who tells me that even 2 years later she’s still in a difficult place and hasn’t fully moved on yet.

I worry that if we invite another girl for a threesome that he may develop stronger feelings for her. My bf tells me everyday how beautiful I am and how lucky he is to have me, he fills me with confidence and praise and always has the most heartwarming compliments. He makes me feel like a goddess and I’m so lucky for that but I still can’t help but feel scared.
When we started dating we both agreed that our relationship would remain monogamous, as his ex always wanted a non-monogamous/open relationship and that he felt uncomfortable with the idea, but she’d flirt and meet up with girls despite this and it left him feeling insecure and defeated. I’ve only ever been In monogamous relationships and prefer it that way, so it was no issue for me. But lately sharing our fantasies together during sex has been so exciting and exhilarating.
Does anyone have any advice? Should we keep our fantasies inside the bedroom? Our relationship is going so well and we’re so happy. Our sex is amazing and I’m scared to cause any change that might disrupt this.
