Wanting to buy my first Shotgun

Hoping to pick y’all’s brains.

Looking to buy my first shotgun. I’ve narrowed my options to one of the three.

Benelli M4 Tactical 18.5” Baretta 1301 Mod 2 Baretta A300 Ultima

I do have the tendency to go for the higher-end options. In all honesty, my general use will be for home defense and the occasional range toy.

Would you guys recommend pump, or semi?
