Filthy House

Hi looking for some advice. I have a new client today for a stay. This was a last minute thing and we planned to meet and then to call but the owners dropped out both times. As it was last minute it was hard to reorganise and I ended up just having show up to the sit today. Owner left and I realised that the house is filthy. Not cluttered, just absolutely filthy. I’ve stayed in houses where they’re somewhat dirty but it’s never been this bad. The entire place is literally covered in layers of filth of some kind. I really can’t bring myself to sleep in the bed after checking it. I’ve struggled to stay here for the last 9 hours but thought the bedroom would be okay. However, the bed and mattress I’m staying on has layers of I don’t even know what. I’m genuinely considering sleeping outside the house in my car because even the sofa is filthy and the dog has ripped it to shreds. I would sleep in the garden but there’s cameras out there and it would be obvious. Does anyone think it’s okay to just sleep in my car outside?? Otherwise I don’t think I will sleep and I will just sit on a chair and will the hours away until the morning

Any advice?? I do have my own sleeping bag but I wouldn’t even put that on the bed because even the top sheet is filthy. Is it alright to just sleep in my car and check on the dog every hour or so??
