Light P-waves throughout the day

So I've been practicing prostate play paired with nipple play for about 3 days. I didn't reach orgasms yet, but I've reached the kind of P-wave that gets closer and closer to you and feels really good but only lasts a few seconds. Sometimes when im bored I just play with my nipples and get these good sensations from my lower belly. When im on my computer I sometimes just do kegels randomly which also can feel a little good at some points.

Is this a good sign of rewiring? I am still in the middle of it and all of these P-waves make me want to stick my finger up my butt so bad!
