Is this normal post op?

So I had my operation on the 31st of July and got my catheter removed on the 6th of August. Recently a sort of white “pimple” I guess has developed on the new opening, at first I thought it wasn’t a problem as when I peed, it hurt but I thought it’s just part of the recovery. But today I’m sitting down to pee when I feel that the pain is more compared to usual and I notice that the urine is splitstreaming due to the pimple thingy. Is it normal?
