First time this has happened

I am trying to getting my second masters degree, here is my current loan information:

1 Graduate PLUS Loans $9,058.89 6 Subsidized Loans $24,294.77 8 Unsubsidized Loans $57,575.78

I am concerned with the message below.. school starts in 2 weeks. I am only getting an unsubsidized loan this year.

Message: Based upon data provided by NSLDS and your grade level, Federal Student loans have determined that you may have received student loans equal to or in excess of loan limits established for the federal loan programs. Students who receive aid equal to or in excess of established limits may be ineligible for future federal funding based on established regulations.
