Is it possible to get the platinum trophy on PS5 without the glider?

Finished the Like a Bird-quest, popped that trophy (and on the trophy video you can see the glider is added to inventory) but alas, it’s bugged and it’s nowhere to be found. I’ve already put in a request twice to reset account so I can try again with a new character but it’s been well over 2 weeks now, so I’m not hoping for a response anymore. Can I still get the platinum trophy without the glider?
