Earlier bedtime for 4 month old…how to get there?!

Hi! My 4 month old has been falling asleep usually between 8-9. Id love to get her sleeping earlier, like 7-8. She’s so tired by then and sometimes if I try that time she’ll just wake up as if it were a nap. Any tips on what to do when that happens?! Get her back up for a full wake window? Feed her and try to get her back into sleep?
