S3 and Phrolova's mood in ultimate

Despite almost always having purple notes only (which would normally make Phrolova happy), due to them turning into mix of red and purple (cadenza) notes, it seems the mood in the ultimate becomes a coin flip. The question is, can it be manipulated (suppose i want Phrolova to always be happy) or will i have to accept the coin flip's result?
