Covid and loss of effects.

I am in my second day of covid and I'm noticing 2 things. My pupils are dilating and I'm not getting any relief/effects from 7oh. I dose 30mg 4 times a day and this is day two of zero pupil constriction and little to zero pain relief. Not only am I sick, I am completely miserable without the help from 7oh. I feel incredibly helpless and hopeless.
