Any advice for someone with limited hand movement?

For reference I consider myself an above average player but there is one thing that really hinders my performance. I had an accident when I was younger while working on an electrical box and it left my right hand partially paralyzed. I am able to use it for the most part but I am unable to make fast, twitchy movements. This really messes me up while using pistols in Gulag because I have a TERRIBLE trigger finger. Any advice on how I can deal with this? Regular Gulag I probably have a 90% win rate but when it’s pistols I am probably at 10% win rate.
