How has fasting changed your relationship with food?

Discussion

I've only been intermittent fasting for a week or so but I've noticed that I'm thinking about food differently. Generally I'm making healthier choices, because I know that the food I'm about to eat needs to fuel me for much longer than usual. Before I started fasting, I would snack on sweet treats all day long but I'm not reaching for chocolate or biscuits etc during my eating window. If I really wanted it then I wouldn't deny the craving but I have noticed it has been a lot easier to avoid compared to regular dieting/calorie counting.

Interested to hear how other people's relationship with food has changed?
