Elden ring or dark souls 3?

I’m having trouble deciding which one of these to get so I came here. I have some prior experience with the souls and soulslike categories, I have played and finished demons souls, bloodborne and lies of p. I have wanted to get these games for a while and will take any answers I can find. Thanks in advance.
