401 loft, Akron

Hi guys, I am a umich student and I have got a job near Akron. I have seen some reddit reviews on 401 loft, and have been trying to reach out to them on a call, and email. I don't want to drive all the way there before I get some of my doubts sorted. Is it common for them to not respond? If not, what's the best way to reach to them. Thanks!
