First Tattoo Advice

Hi guys, I'm not sure how much information to give so please let me know if you need more info.

I am working to get my first tattoo and it is going to be a piece that references my culture and language (Punjabi). I have a concept in mind and I want to add some Punjabi text to it but I am not sure about placement and would like some advice. Someone suggested maybe finding a Punjabi tattoo concept artist - do you know how/where I can start? This is going to mean a lot to me and I do not want to mess it up.
