Looking for immediate mentorship

Hello everyone,

I am currently looking for mentorship from someone who is experienced in the wholesale field. My back is currently against the wall and I need to get a deal this month asap. Right now all I have is time, effort, and full time dedication to offer. I am not a complete newbie as I have been involved in real estate for the past 3 years but I have not yet closed my first deal yet. I am currently low on funds and do not have the financial resource to pay a mentor to mentor me through the process. I have a few investors ready to buy deals, I just need to close the deal myself to get the assignment fee. I currently do not have the experience necessary to ask the right questions and need someone to have on speed dial in case I need to phone a friend in the call. I am very serious about this and am not here to waste your time. I just need someone that is willing to help me close deals. I have a few leads that I have gotten from driving for dollars and and obtaining some other leads from pre foreclosures and people who haven't paid their taxes. If someone can help me or knows someone that can help me that would be greatly appreciated. My back is against the wall and I am willing to go all in. I just need someone to phone in or someone with experience to ask questions to in case a seller asks me a question I do not know the answer to. I am willing to give you some of my assignment fee for the first deal if you can help me. Please reach out to me if you can help me.
