Why am I suddenly growing polyps?

Brief timeline:

Sep 2024 first ever hysteroscopy, everything looked great, no scarring, no polyps Dec 2024 first FET, beta negative May 2025 second FET, beta positive June 2025 miscarriage ~8ish weeks, D&C, recovery was easy August 2025 repeat hysteroscopy shows 2 polyps, removed

Everyone is acting like the polyps are no big deal but I’m spiraling. Google says this is most common in middle-aged women. I’m 30.

Why am I growing these when I wasn’t before? Is this something new that’s wrong with me? Does anybody have some better insight from their clinic than what I’m getting?
