Is Lilith the in-universe reason that this show is a musical?

Watching the creation story on youtube and I noticed something.

At 1:40 it says that Lilith empowered demonkind with her voice and her songs. I never noticed that before. Is that supposed to be why stuff set in Hell (Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel) are musicals? And breaking into song in Heaven could've been a foreshadowing/hint that Lillith was secretly in Heaven?

If not, I'm not sure what else that linenis trying to say.
