Date Ideas for Beijing

My girlfriend’s birthday will be in Beijing next month, and I’m having trouble finding ideas online for how to spend it. Are there any romantic spots or activities there?

I don’t think she’ll want to do anything outdoors, at least in the day given the weather, and she’s worked there for a few years so she’s been to all of the major attractions.
