Looking for Roommate!

We (32F and 25M)  are looking for a third roommate to move in with us by September 1st in the East end (The Greens) Very nice area, close to convenience stores and parks. We have an in-house washer/dryer, and parking on the street. Rent is $530 a month plus utilities on top. (Usually 120 - 130 per person) 5 to 7 minute walk to bus stop.
