When to titrate Mounjaro?

30F — SW 84.5 kg, CW 80.5 kg. Yesterday was my 7th dose (2 weeks at 2.5 mg, then 5 mg since). No weight change for the last 3 weeks. Side effects are okay now.

My doctor wants me to titrate up, but I’m not sure if I should wait until we get the 7.5 mg vial/pen or just continue 5 mg for now. What would you do?
