Heavy flow with flex disc?

Everyone tells me I would know if I had a heavy period. But I don’t always trust my judgement I grin and bear a lot. For instance I thought everyone fainted a decent amount and then realize nope that’s wrong go to the doc (you’re anemic). I use a flex disc. Anyone on here know how many times and how many days I would be filling that up if it were heavy? I think I’m not. I have one day where I have to empty 2-3 times. And then the rest are pretty low flow. I have 1 night of filling a pad or cup but that’s it. I know this is probably TMI but I dunno where else to ask. Plus most of you are women, sorry men you can ignore this post.
