Ansys Fluent vs Icepak?

Hey guys. I'm an expert fluent user. I was wondering if Icepak is actually more helpful for electronics cooling/heating. It looks like I could perfectly do all my simulations in Fluent.

Anyone that has used both software packages that can tell me why Icepak is useful compared to fluent?
