Best PC for Sims four with mods?

Hello, I am a light gamer who primarily enjoys playing the Sims four. I do add a lot of mods in my game. Aside from that, I primarily use my electronics to do schoolwork and work. Do you have any suggestion suggestions for a prebuilt PC that is $1K and under (slightly over budget by like $200 is OK as well but not preferred)
