What to expect as Make Ready Tech

just got job offer; 540 units in Clearwater area, 3 other guys plus supervisor classified as make ready techs, Separate renovation team. Background in plumbing/drain tech & knowledge of basic home repairs got me the job. What should I be expecting? Supervisor says laid back environment, just wondering what it’s like for anyone else.
