Does taking better care of yourself physically can be an offering to the Dark Mother and if so, why?

It's all in the title. I'm getting back to a better healthy routine after months of not doing so (shit food, no exercise like I used to). Can this be an offering to Hecate, how do I offer it to her, and why?
