[TOMT] [Actor] [Drama TV] middle aged+, white hair, very tall/imposing, suit

This is driving me crazy. So, we were watching The Penguin and every-time I saw Salvatore Maroni (played by actor Clancy brown) I kept thinking of another actor (though the actor I’m thinking of doesn’t look like Clancy, just has the vibes) in a Drama movie or show I watched and now I can’t figure out who that guy is!

He is very tall/imposing, middle aged (maybe very early/mid-50s to early 60’s unless he just looks amazing for his age) with white hair and facial hair that is groomed very clean. I remember him having blue eyes I think and he’s pretty attractive. Also in the role I remember him wearing a nice suit and I definitely think he’s the antagonist/villian in some way, very serious and not a humor based character at all.

I don’t actually recall him being in anything else either but I know his character in the role I’m thinking of was a credited character, I wish I could remember the show or movie he was in!

Please help, this will continue to drive me nuts until I figure it out!
