Getting fuck all FPS despite having a good system...

I have a pretty decent system yet I cant even get 50 FPS most of the time in game. I have:

RTX4060 with DDR6 8GB memory

13th gen intelcore i7

32GB DDR5 RAM

Plus I get <50 FPS while playing with medium preset graphics.

Is there something new I dont know about bcuz I used to get better FPS with a lower 10th gen system
