Confusion

So Iast year I broke a bone at school but I was insured so my parents had insurance money to collect (I found out on my own) and I brought it up to my mom and asked what she did with it,she answered that she had paid some bills,done her hair and nails and I was upset and asked if she was serious because I thought that the money was technically for me but she didn’t answer and ignored me.

A few months later I asked what she did with it again and she said she never collected it then u brought up what she told me before and she denied ever saying that.

Idk what to believe but she’s lying some way
