Redmi Note 9s Miui 14

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here. I have redmi note 9s, miui 14.0.3.0, android 12. the problem is that when I turned off the phone ( deep sleep) and plug the charger, the phone starts showing me the mi logo instead of the battery logo and I can not even use the force boot or try to turn it on while charging. letting you know that it has been over a week trying to save my phone from random booting by using Factory reset ( and I failed) ++ I do not play games on my phone neither download apps, I only used system apps and meta apps. My question does this act will affect my phone eventually? and how can I solve it ? ++ Can I download MIUI 14.0.4.0 for it without OTA because they ended the support. Thank you guys for the help.
