2.5mg dose due Tuesday

Hi so my next dose is due on Tuesday could i take it a day earlier on Monday as i have a busier day on Tuesday and tbh with the dosage i am not experiencing much food suppression and hoping if i take earlier it may help me get more food suppression, i shall also be booking an appointment with my doctor to discuss moving up to 5mg
