RG34xxsp firmware

Hey guys, i copied on my desktop all the orginal file from the sd that came with my device, I want to change sd because i have a 64gb new one from a good brand, i copied everything in the new sd but the device just don't want to start, if I put the old sd it work, is there something I'm missing? Maybe I need to patch something or do some process before?

I tried multiple times, so it's not the pin not getting contact, and yes, the sd is in the 1st TF1 entry
