HELP aunt dropped off kitten she found, I have no idea what to do

It's so small and doesn't walk yet, It's just on some blankets grooming itself. No idea what age or gender yet, hasn't seen a vet yet. I have no idea what to feed a kitten that young, my family keeps insisting on just regular cows milk but I heard that's bad for cats in general. How often do I feed? Only milk or do I get kitten food? Do I give it a bowl of water?? PLEASE HELP! (probably taking it to humane society soon but I can't yet so please help me keep it alive)
