Explore feature, how to change Region? I’m always spawning as American?

I’d like to explore the maps on barracks as Germany, soviet, etc but I always spawn as U.S

This is incredibly frustrating as id like to have the option of so to play machine gunner, but as Germany on Utah beach for footage/media purposes.

The only option is to find an empty server, but then I wouldn’t have admin cam.

Any help with this?
