What happens when you shift with Airpods?

Most of the times I actually try to shift, I wear airpods for subliminals or meditations. The only minishifts I have had are with visuals and visions, but never actually shifted or heard things. So when you shift with airpods, do they disappear? And do you feel that and how does that feel?
