Food poisoning on Mounjaro

I have been on Mounjaro for 7 weeks and had good success. On Friday I was severely ill with food poisoning (my usual injection day- from eating 3 days out of date sushi because it was 200 calories…), and I’m still not 100% there today and don’t have a big appetite.

I usually get a day or two of sickness and very low appetite after injecting.

I’m just wondering what I should do in terms of my next injection? I would appreciate any help or advice
