Newly diagnosed

Hi yall, 26 F. I’ve been going back and forth with medical gaslighting for years and got diagnosed 2 weeks ago. Any time something flares my Rheumatologist goes is there anything else? Asks about specific symptoms, what does that mean? He’ll seem frustrated and shake his head and then immediately onto how he’s going to help me with the current problem, and his treatment is effective. Maybe I’m just not used to a doctor taking an active part in my healthcare but settling into this new niche has been all around anxiety inducing, I feel overwhelmed
