Real Prize redemption

So I am redeeming for the first time from Real Prize. I am verified and was going to get a couple gift cards, redeem some to my Skrill account and leave a little in my RP account to play on... After submitting the confirmation for a gift card from PrizeOut tho, the redemption screen will not come off the page listing the gift card I got, the amt of it, & the status. So my question is- Are you only able to have one redemption request process at a time? And if so, how long do gift cards take before they are no longer considered "pending"? Thanks for any help you can offer!
