Apps and browsers continuously not loading

For the last few months, every time I load any webpage in any browser, there seems to be a 50% chance for it to crash into the "STATUS_IN_PAGE_ERROR" or "Aw, Snap!". On Discord, whenever I join any of my newer servers, the whole app instantly reboots into the "Friends" page. On Steam, whenever I boot my pc and try to load library, Steam instantly reboots. To fix it, I usually have to load community multiple times until it eventually loads library afterward. I have tried a lot of things and nothing has worked. Any fixes?
