I need to know whether or not to talk to my boyfriend about this

We've been dating for a few months and at first he asked for it a lot, but lately he can't feel the fire anymore and gets upset about it. I already told him that I don't get upset about it, and that he makes me very happy. He's working A LOT and I know it's draining a lot. I wanted to know if I talk to him about this and, if so, how to say it. Please help me!
