A question about the Indominus Rex.

After the Indom ripped out her tracker, why didn’t we see any wound on the Indom? It’s sort of like JP3, where we didn’t see the Spino’s injury after he got hit by the plane. The movie made it clear that the Indom had ripped it out very soon before the workers entered the cage.
