Speaker upgrade - Advice and idea please

Hello, I’ve been toying with upgrading my speakers for a bit. I don’t need nightclub loud but with the lid down at 70 I’d like better than the stock ones I have.

Does anyone know what make/model these are?

Any recommendations on easily swappable door speakers which means I’m not chopping at the car?

Happy to do some soldering, extending wires etc.
