WE ARE SENIORS SHOULD WE STAY IN OUR HOME @3.5% OR MOVE

We are seniors with limited income doing ok but as we all know everying is going up. We have $240000 left on our mortgage but paying $2200 which is less than a two bedroom where we live. We have a disabled daughter and would like for her to not have any mortgage. Our other daughter does well. We are going to a Lawyer for advice but asking those of you would you stay. Great safe neighborhood, a bit afraid to move at our age. Husband is limited these days. Advice ???
