Colorsoft: buy now or wait for holiday sales?

Right now, I can get it for 20% off + $30 trade-in which gives me a subtotal of $170.

People who are familiar with Amazon/Kindle sales, do you think a better deal will come around the holidays? If I wait a few months, will the trade in value go down? (Better is ~$150 subtotal.)
