Can I make my ADS sensitivity one to one with snipers.

I want it to be just as fast as my infantry sensitivity. It’s not the biggest deal with the automatic guns since I’ve dialed it in but the sniper ADS is still slower and throws off my shot so much. Is it a design choice or can I change that?
