How do I make my teammates go zone?

This season many players realized how important it is to go zone, especially in the end game, but many times I still get teammates who won't move from their place untill the storm(or whatever it's called) is on them, enemies pressure them and they die of course, and then cry that I play solo. I ping, text and nothing works(currently gold 2)
